Pastor Ben has a passion for spreading God’s Word. He has served First Baptist Shelburn as Senior Pastor since 2013. Ben holds the Master of Divinity from Rockbridge Seminary. Ben grew up in Southern Illinois. He spent 12 years serving in Full-Time youth ministry before he and his family came to First Baptist. Ben and his wife Jennifer have two children, Levi & Lily.

But I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God. – Acts 20:24

Pastor Adam grew up in central Pennsylvania and found his start in pastoral ministry in 1991 while attending Delaware Valley University. He and his wife Donna have four children and are passionate about family ministry and spreading the Gospel. As a family, they enjoy the outdoors and especially the mountains of PA.

Therefore do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God you may receive what is promised. – Hebrews 10:35-36

Chuck has served as an Elder since January of 2016. Chuck’s passions include Men’s Ministry and Prayer. Chuck is a Sullivan County native. He and his wife Lisa have two children, Brad & Morgan.

Jeff has served as an Elder since December 2019. Jeff has a desire for all to know God, for this is eternal life (John 17:3); to love God, for this is the greatest commandment (Matthew 22:37-38); and to experience the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Jeff and his wife Karen have two children, Alexandra and Austin.
